We will remember that night for a long time. At the end of June, during a storm, a tree fell on our brewery. There were concerns, but fortunately nothing serious happened. In fact, this story has a happy ending. And that's because it inspired a new beer! We used the branches of the spruce tree that fell on the building to brew two versions of a forest IPA. Here is the dark one.
