Hop aroma but these are not American hops more known from other types of beer. Later, sweet, malty, honey, caramel and biscuit. Interesting connection. Amber, very nicely cloudy. It's hard for me to assess the froth because I drink from a freshly opened barrel :) The taste is slightly sweet at the beginning, a little watery, there is light caramel and a biscuit later a specific bitterness with a nice finish at the end of the tongue. The bitterness is resinous and pine. Beer drinkable very well. The aroma could have happened more but generally quite solid beer
