Hidden Springs - Brownie Points (2024)

We'd like to think James Chipman's homage to a certain favorite ice cream of his is more than a "half-baked" idea. James' concept was our First Place winner of our first-ever Riot Society Beer Collab Invitational, and it's clear why. Brownie Points features Philippines-sourced and in-house toasted cacao nibs for a fudgey, chocolatey and malty base. Indian vanilla beans add woody, smoky tones and hints of caramel from aging in bourbon barrels. We also added toasted coconut using our signature in-house process and marshmallows for a flavor trifecta with a Florida twist. This one gets a gold star for being a thicc sundae sipper.
