Bruno - Red Ale

A new recipe based on the English model. Originally planned as a red ale, a strong mild has now emerged. The amber-coloured beer has fruity hop aromas and a slight bitterness. The malt flavours tend to take a back seat. As is typical in England, the beer can be drunk a little warmer.
