Once again: the first BrunoBier with exclusively Swiss ingredients ...
The barley from Swiss cultivation is processed into malt "hingerem Bärg" (i.e. in Delémont) and gives the beer a noticeably distinctive flavour. The light sweetness in the first sip is followed by a pleasantly bitter finish.
Definitely like none of the other Bruno beers. Be sure to try it! This is what "Switzerland" tastes like ...
