Beer description
The Black Guelph is a high fermentation Extra Stout. Produced with English and German malts, English kites from East Kent and Americans. Mainly produced in cask as its characteristics are enhanced if it is tapped with the same technique and with the same particular taps of Guinness. In limited quantities it is also produced in a 0.75Lt Black bottle with ruby red reflections and a particularly intense and persistent white foam so as to form a cream on the glass.
