SMaSH stands for Single Malt and Single Hop, so we’re using only Pale Ale Malt and showcasing Yakima Chief’s new hop Krush by using it at each stage of the brewing process. This beer is Mash Hopped with Krush, First-Wort Hopped, Whirlpool Hopped and Double Dry-Hopped with Krush Tropical fruit, orange, stone fruit, berry, pine.
