Beer description
Pinard de Bruxelles, released in May 2021, with Mourvèdre grapes (2020 harvest) from our friend Jehan of Chateaux Marmorieres, La Clape in the Languedoc.
Pinard is a hybrid of 2/3 beer wort & 1/3 grape juice, co-fermented & barrel-aged in Bordeaux, Moscatel and Chardonnay barrels for 6 months.
