Beer description
Hook Brewer Lisa used an enzyme, amyloglucosidase, to convert most of the mash to fermentable sugars. This resulted in a very dry finish, 1 plato! Hops were added post boil to keep their aroma and flavor peak. Belma hops bring a subtle strawberry and melon flavor. Jarrylo hops are full of spice and pear with some hints of banana.
