Klosterbryggeriet Hamburgøl - Bryggeriet Kloster Hvede

We have developed a 5.2% wheat beer. The beer is top-fermented with a beautiful golden colour and a massive white head on top. Because the base is wheat, the beer has a very fruity aroma and a flavour with notes of orange and citrus. To emphasise this characteristic, we even added organic orange juice to create a truly extraordinary product. The finish is fresh and sweet with a good balance between malt and hops. The beer is unfiltered, which only adds to its flavour. Overall, a very fresh and refreshing wheat beer.
