Brewed in collaboration with @casacafetzincoffeeroasters who specialize in roasting organic Mexican coffee, right here in El Chuco! Our Buenos Días Kölsch was brewed with the Huicila Nayarit coffee. This coffee has notes of red wine, dry cherries, and dark chocolate.
