Building 8 Gravity Check

Named after their Madeline’s constant falling, Gravity Check is a lush IPA built on the soft curves of kettle hops Citra and Mosaic. Triple Dry-Hopped by the likes of Amarillo, El Dorado and Ekuanot to burst into a tropical nose of tangerine and nectarine. Less assertive in bitterness than their flagship and a touch of sweetness makes for a nice, peaceable IPA on those warm muggy days.
