Top-fermented beer in the Golden Ale style, made from barley malt, a small amount of wheat malt, yeast and a selection of hops, especially the Slovenian Styrian Golding hops. Golden-colored and intentionally cloudy, it presents itself with a fine and at the same time persistent beer foam, whereby the interplay between citrus and grass notes and a subtle spicy taste dominates. The fruity character is formed from the esters, the volatile taste components that arise during fermentation, which the master brewer deliberately emphasized.
