Bura - Tornado Istrian Pale Ale

Istria's interpretation (Istrian Pale Ale) of Indian Pale Ale (British style) is brewed with barley malt, a small amount of wheat malt and, in addition to the yeast, a mixture of American hops. The latter give an intense and captivating aroma mainly thanks to the added amount of hops. Amber in color, it has a creamy and persistent foam. An interplay of exotic fruit, citrus fruit and floral aromas! Top-fermented IPA style beer. The latter give an intense and captivating aroma, mainly thanks to the additional amount of hops used in the "dry hopping" process. Amber in color, it has a creamy and persistent foam. An interplay of exotic fruit, citrus fruit and flowery aromas can already be seen in the nose, whereas the hop aromas, supported by a medium body, develop in the mouth. The finish is characterized by a slightly tart note that is reminiscent of the grapefruit. This IPA not only focuses on the hops (East Kent Golding, Chinook and Amarillo), but also on the malt (three different distinctive types of malt). The result is a TORNADO of taste.
