Limited edition available in 0.33L and 0.75L bottles. Deep golden in color, neither pasteurized nor filtered with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Fermentation takes place with the selected Belgian yeast culture Abbaye. Maturation and refinement for another 3 months in the bottle. Golden-colored and covered with plenty of white beer foam, the flavors of white fruit intensify in the nose, especially banana and pear, followed by honey and caramel as well as a light spice that intensifies as it matures in the bottle. In the mouth you can feel a medium-strong body with an initially slightly sweet taste, but which ends in a dry finish thanks to the candied sugar. Slightly hoppy, with the slightly tart note almost unnoticed. The higher alcohol content of 8.1% does not come to the fore too much.
