Amber Irish Red Ale style top fermented beer. Tempting brewing blend of four different types of barley malt, a small amount of wheat malt, a mixture of Slovenian and American hops and the yeast cultures. Refreshingly light but at the same time with a distinctive full-bodied body, the slightly tart taste initially dominates, which only turns into a malty-sweet note on the finish. Characterized by malt, a touch of exotic fruit and finally a pleasant and subtle taste of liquorice comes to light. The medium level of carbonation goes hand in hand with a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Reddish-amber in colour, it is reminiscent of the red soil of Istria and is therefore called REDSAND.
