Birrificio del Molino Spadoni - Buratto

Buratto is a high fermentation India Pale Ale (IPA) style craft beer, made with high quality malts and a blend of the finest hops. Abundant foam, color between golden and light amber. Immediately there is an intense and complex aroma ranging from tropical fruits to citrusy to resinous. The initial sweetness of the Pale malt is countered and balanced by a good degree of final bitterness, assertive but not invasive.
