A tribute to the Bassin d'Arcachon where all the Burdigala beers are brewed, this extremely refreshing blond with the explosive scent of peach and sauvignon blanc is a little jewel of the region. Light and sparkling as one pleases, the use of rye gives it a spicy/peppery touch while its dry finish is the result of the remarkable work of seasonal yeasts. Summer is coming!
