Beer description
Our interpretation of a "Berliner Weisse" presents itself as a light and airy summer beer. Intense aromas of green apple, fresh grapefruit, and subtly bitter pomelo unfold in the nose. On the palate, a refreshing acidity complements the fruit notes harmoniously, making the beer so refreshing. The slim body and dry finish emphasize the fruitiness and give the beer its high drinkability.
