Burgdorfer Gasthausbrauerei - Glowing Trinity Bock

The mahogany-coloured, strong doppelbock, brewed here in the Schützenhaus in cooperation with colleagues from ‘Tomo-Bräu’ (Germany) and ‘Lights Out Brewing Company’ (Münsingen), presents itself with a beige head and an aroma of malt, chocolate, caramel and vanilla. The full-bodied, velvety first taste is complemented by a noble hop flavour that forms a harmonious contrast to the malty sweetness. The finish is dominated by a pleasant alcoholic warmth. Hearty dishes such as roast meat or knuckle of pork are suitable accompaniments to this strong beer with 8.3 % vol.
