Beer description

Brown reddish brown Ale with medium body and dominated by aromas of hops and malt, this appearing like caramel, toffee and burnt sugar. The bitterness is light to medium and the recipe receives dry-hopping (technique of adding hops after beer maturation) from Cascade hops, intensifying citrus aromas.
