The fine balance of malt, hops and alcohol is cleverly controlled by a series of separate hopping phases and delivers the classic "punch" of an IPA, carefully delivered with Burleigh Brewing's trademark Balance. Strong bitterness, packed in mango and stone fruit flavors and balanced with characters of caramel malt and tangerine.
