Meteor Mash is a drooling Double Stout in a pastry style. Flavors and aromas of dark chocolate-dipped coconut bars, cold brew coffee, roasted pecan toffee brittle, and chocolate malt milkshakes. Chicory is a woody, herbaceous plant from the dandelion family with bright blue flowers. Chicory roots are roasted, ground, and often used as a coffee substitute. Roasted chicory root tastes similar to coffee and has a nutty, earthy, and woody character. Chicory is often used in the making of New Orleans-style coffee, where a blend of coffee beans and chicory root is used.
