Burnt Mill Brewery - High Reflections

High Reflections West Coast IPA is full of dank fruits and pine flavours layered upon a base of dextrin malts, Vienna malt and caramalt providing a moreish malt character which finishes cleanly. The whirlpool hops are Citra, which always give a great base of fruity citrus notes to build on. The dry hops are Mosaic, Chinook and Simcoe giving us a cocktail of berries and grapefruit and a decent pine backbone, the IPA finishes with a crisp and clean bitterness.
