Burnt Mill Brewery - Nine Acre

For our beer for our 9th birthday this year, we have chosen a light and fresh taste with a lean and crisp malt profile that reflects the tropical fruit flavors of Strata and Luminosa. We have intensified the dry hopping process with a "Double Dry Hop" and added Strata® CGX™ right at the beginning. Finally, we added more Strata® and Luminosa® at the end of the dry hopping process to highlight notes of passion fruit, mango lemonade, and fresh tropical fruits. Congratulations on your birthday!
