Emerald Ridge is a delicious West Coast-style IPA with a malt bill of extra light, Vienna, Dextrin, and Caramalt for a lot of body. Whirlpooled with Chinook and then dry-hopped with Chinook, Mosaic, and Idaho 7 for a complexity of pine resin and tropical fruits to satisfy those West Coast vibes.
