English-inspired beer in the style of Dark Mild ale. WE HAVE A DREAM: to live at the bar of a dusty Yorkshire cottage pub, surrounded by elderly drinkers with a very strong dialect. In Veneto we have dust, the hills and the mist recreate the atmosphere of Haxby, we provide the beer. Dark Mild Ale to be consumed in buckets, between a memory of toffee and one of hazelnut that linger at the bottom of the palate in a balsamic finish. For a light and sensual drink, one of those that keep company.
