Smoked raw ale
"Langgofa" is Setesdal for great-great-grandfather. In the old days, beer was a gift from God, so they signed the beer bowls. They soaked the grain in the stream for two or three days. When it had brewed, it sounded like a trip with wood which gave the beer a complex taste of smoke. To achieve this, we have used real Stjørdalsmalt - which brings out a unique primordial Norwegian smoky taste of campfire and caramel. In traditional raw beer, the wort was not boiled, which gave a full mouthfeel. The beer is flavored with juniper log and yeasted with kveik. Serve at 10°.
