Beer description
Skjoldmøyslaget is a copper-brown malt and bitter hop-influenced IPA for those who need a break from fruit and lactose. The malt blend of pale and caramel malt is important to balance the hops. This gives the flavour a hint of caramel and honey, with a long, bitter aftertaste. The Opshaug quince adds spicy and fruity undertones. The beer stands well on its own, but also goes well with lamb, beef, fatty fish and mature cheese.
