Sour ale in collaboration with Italian Hops Company dry-hopped with old and fresh hops: Golding italian fresh hop and suranné Styrian Wolf (2017). 100% fermented by Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, barrel aged for 2 years with a mix of bacteria from our cellar
