Ca' del Brado - Fruston

Fruston is a wild biere de garde made in collaboration with the French brewery La Malpolon (a brewery whose production philosophy and balance in drinks, both classic and “cellar” ones, we appreciate) . Fruston was brewed with only French flowering hops (Strissenpalt in first wort hopping and P10-9 in dry hopping) – brought by the La Malpolon team to mash in our brewery – and then aged for 5 months in barrel .
