Ca' del Brado - Piè Veloce Brux

Piè Veloce is our brewing project dedicated to yeasts of the Brettanomyces species (defined as “wild”) and is available in two beers, both of the Brett Ale typology : this one, for which we chose the Bruxellensis strain, and its sister in which we use Lambicus . The epithet of Achilles, a hero renowned for his speed, symbolizes that within the slow production cycles that characterize Cà del Brado , these are our fastest-maturing beers. They are designed to be enjoyed fresh (when their aromatic explosiveness is at its peak) or can be left to age, allowing you to discover their fascinating evolution over time.
