Ca' del Brado - Zing

Mixed fermentation session sour beer, long-aged in our cellar and spiced with ginger and orange peel (sweet and bitter). Brewed with local unmalted wheat ("filiera dei grani alti") and primary fermented with the house yeast BUNNY (Bologna Unknown Native Naughty Yeast)
