Strong beer, India Pale Ale style, originally from England. Copper colored. Creamy and persistent foam. Citric and fruity aroma. Bitter flavor balanced by the sweetness of the malt accentuated by the decoction process. Its long maturation gives it a soft, non-astringent bitter finish.
