The brewery joined forces with the most wonderful guys and gals at Banded Peak Brewing to create the most wonderful of winter beers - a dark, luscious Belgian Dubbel called Abbot. This Trappist-style ale boasts dark rich plum and dried fruit notes, with a spicy yeast undertone. It has a wonderful malt complexity that really is quite heavenly. It's perfect for sipping on a cold day and pairs beautifully with rich, slow-cooked meats and stews.
