Craft beer with honey from the Cabrio Brewery, offers us a range of Alsace Beer. They are all in the Alsace style. The Blonde with Honey is with a moderate bitterness. It is only 6.4 %vol unlike Belgian beers which are 6.5 %vol or more. Honey will give more sweetness and slightly increase the sweetness.
