Eagle Bay - Cacao Stout

This stout is a collaboration with local chocolate maker Bahen and Co and it contains cacoa bean husks from single origin farms in Brazil, Viernam and Madagascar. It's black in appearance featuring aromas of bittersweet dark chocolate, coffee and dried fruit. Malts: Pale, Crystal, Carafa, Chocolate Wheat, Roast Barley, Schooner Hops: Southern Cross, Fuggles.
