Cervezas Califa - Califa IPA

Our Califa IPA 33cl, is a beer created for true beer lovers. Brewed in the purest American IPA style. Aroma, flavour and body to enjoy a style that is currently experiencing its maximum creative expression. Our most gastronomic beer, it has a dark golden colour with orange reflections and persistent foam. On the nose, the combination of tropical and citrus aromas stand out, reminiscent of very ripe mango, pineapple and passion fruit. These aromas come from the American hops, Columbus, Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe that we use for its production, as well as the DDH technique to provide aromas. In the mouth it is tasty and pleasant with herbal, fruity and malty touches. Long, bitter and very hoppy finish.
