The latest Banger has now made it to number #10. The new version is fermented with an English yeast strain and hopped with an interesting blend of hops. On the warm side of power we threw in Columbus, Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Idaho #7. On the cold side, meanwhile, went Cryo Idaho #7, Cryo POP, Cryo Simcoe and Faloner's Flight. We opted here, therefore, for the strength of the hop spores contained in these varieties. Surf with us!
