The new Banger numbered #11 is fermented with English yeast, which we use in Juicilicious and Tropicals, among others. In the hopping, to make things more interesting, in addition to Pilsner malt, we also added about 15% rye flakes. This addition had a positive effect on the mouthfeel, while bringing a unique, mildly spicy flavor. On the hot side of power, we threw in Citra Incognito, Columbus, Mosaic Incognito, Strata and Summit. On the cold, went the reliable trio of Citra, Mosaic and Strata. The beer is bitter, dry and insidiously drinkable. Surf with us!
