Brewed with the UK’s finest malted barley this exquisite beer is then settled on Saaz hop flowers for forty days. The beer is then bottled and seeded with Camel Valley’s sparkling Brut yeast for a final fermentation to create this ”method exceptionnelle" Pilsner.
