Celestial Beerworks - Candy Swap

Our second collaboration with Burning Barrel Brew Co., this is an 8.5% double hazy IPA with tangerine, orange and vanilla bean. It’s hopped with Idaho 7 and El Dorado and has a healthy amount of Crosby Strata CGX. It has a super strong aroma of dried orange sliced coated in powder sugar. There is a strong vanilla scent with hints of citrus cake. It tastes like a creamsicle meets a vanilla milkshake topped with citrus gummies. The tangerine and orange meld really well with the naturally citrusy hops and the CGX gives it a good punch. It’s soft, juicy-yet-dry, and has a strong hard candy like finish.
