Cold IPA in collaboration with the British brewery North Brewing , produced using Brachetto must, an aromatic black grape variety native to Piedmont. Dry, delicately bitter, with a light vinous nuance, it offers fruity and floral scents on the nose thanks to a selection of hops intended to recall the characteristic fragrance of the grapes used.
