Wicklow Wolf - Cannstatt Rufus

Canis Rufus (or Red Wolf) is a critically endangered species and is the world’s most endangered wolf. This beer is inspired by the Red Wolf. We have taken a classic American style IPA with American hops and given it classic Irish twist. Citra and Chinook make up the double dry hop addition to this IPA, giving a fruity, citrus and piney resin flavour, all complimented with a strong malty backbone of toasty caramel, rich chocolate and spiciness from the rye. A complex beer with an incredible depth of flavour this a fierce, bold Red IPA in honour of the Red Wolf.
