Bishop Cider - C.A.P

Our Pineapple cider is def a winner, but [and there’s always a but] the crew is never [and I mean never] satisfied with any cider they create. As much as they love the Pineapple, they wanted to add just a hint of complexity and depth, so after a whirlwind of this and that and this and that, they came upon the winner.... coconut. It’s amazing what it does to the pineapple too. The first thing you get is almost a creme soda nose to it, but don’t let that fool ya. Smooth and chill, the coconut adds a different level of sweetness to this beauty without becoming toooooo sweet.
