Beer description
This was done with the staff of Cervejaria 77, also from brewpub Armazém 77 in ZL de Sãp Paulo. With rye present mainly in the viscous texture characteristic of this cereal, it also contributes to the complexity of malt aromas and flavors, which refer to bread, biscuits and light caramel.
