Capo Orte

Orte Craft Beer is the result of the skillful selection of malt, hops and spices typical of Salento by our Mastro Birraio. Orte is a full-bodied beer with a red color and a persistent beige foam. The nose is rich in aromas, with sweet notes of yeast, malt, chocolate, dried fruit and candied fruit. It is soft and velvety on the palate, its taste reminiscent of syrupy desserts with light notes of fruit and toasted hazelnuts. Produced using the high fermentation method and re-fermented in the bottle, it has a balanced and enveloping taste.
