Beer description
Vivacious and fruity... its infused verbena transports us to a world of freshness.
Malt and wheat flakes give it its lightness and foaming power; barley malt (pilsen 2rp) gives it its straw colour. Columbus", "Aramis" and "Strisselspalt" hops result in spicy and fruity flavours. Its particularity, the lemon verbena, brings freshness and vivacity.
Fermented at a high temperature around 20 degrees with yeasts that characterize the typical haze of a white wine, an adapted aging allows it not to be filtered.
