Brasserie Caporal - Casque D'or

Blonde with a strong character... Its name comes from its shiny golden hair. Its nose, delicately spicy and fruity thanks to the hops used (Mistral, Fuggle, Brewers Gold) is completed by biscuity notes (roasted malts, caramel). The palate reveals a complex balance between a malty roundness, an elegant bitterness resulting from the infusion of wormwood plants and a lingering finish thanks to its peppery freshness (black pepper from Madagascar). After a high fermentation (20ºC), this beer will take the time to mature for 5 weeks at low temperature (2ºC).
