Mogwaï Beer Company - Captain Kirk Douglas

Cold IPA with Douglas Fir. Our 2 breweries are big fans of softwoods in beer, so we wanted to take things one step further by infusing Douglas fir branches picked by Tonton Marc (from Gaël) in the Graufthal forest. As well as resinous notes, they also add hints of lemon and menthol. Chinook (hot hops) and Simcoe (dry hops) hops have also been used for their natural resinous notes. All this is coupled with a super-dry body and a de rigueur bitterness. In short, it smells of pine, but it's for your own good!
